We are Open!

Our veterinary hospital is an "Essential Business" that will remain open to care for your beloved pets.

The safety and well being of our clients, patients, and team members are our highest priority. To this commitment, we have in place, and are following, protocols for containing infectious diseases. We are diligently cleaning and disinfecting our facility and are confident we can safely treat your pets.

We are taking the following measures to keep everyone safe and help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

We are currently providing pet care and services by curb-side only to limit person to person contact. Please call us at 561-626-4813 before coming in so we may arrange any needed care for your pet.

For examinations, we will first obtain histories and answer questions by phone. A team member will come out to bring your pet inside, while you remain in the car. Please have your dog on a secure non-retractable leash and your cat in a carrier. After the examination, the doctor will call you to discuss the examination. A team member will bring your pet back to your car with any needed medications or items and take care of payments.

We can arrange curbside pick-up of medications & foods, admissions & discharges, take payments and other administrative needs. We offer home delivery of medications and prescription foods through our trusted online pharmacy partner. Follow the link on our website or go to: https://bluffsanimalhospital.vetsfirstchoice.com/

Please inform us ahead of time if you feel sick or have any reason to suspect you may have been exposed to anyone who is sick with COVID-19 or any other infectious disease so we can make special arrangements.

We are prioritizing our resources to first take care of emergencies and urgent needs. Non-urgent and preventive care will be assessed on an as-needed basis.

Internally we are practicing social distancing by avoiding touching, keeping 6 feet distance between people, and permitting only 1 person to accompany a pet into the hospital when needed. We are following all the preventive guidelines outlined by the CDC.

If you have a concern about your pet, please call us.

Thank you for trusting us with the care of your beloved pets.
